Elizabeth Brady Senior Finance Consultant

Elizabeth retired in 2018 while serving as the 5G Business Unit Controller for Nokia.  As Controller for this start-up Business Unit, Elizabeth had fiduciary over-sight for over $1B in Global R&D investment. In support of the rising focus and growth in 5G technology, she ensured alignment with the business strategy and technology roadmaps, while monitoring key performance indicators. In this capacity, she was the Business Partner to all the A level leaders and an integral member of the 5G leadership team with global responsibilities across 9 countries in Europe, Asia, and the America’s.  Elizabeth was selected to be part of the Key Performer program, a CFO led program identifying key leaders to drive change and innovation to the finance role and overall organization.

Prior to this role, Elizabeth served in diverse leadership positions including Controller, Business Operations Director, Business Planner, Inventory Accounting, Program Management and Procurement for various Business Units at Alcatel-Lucent and AT&T.  As a business partner to Sales, Engineering, Tax, Legal and HR, she brings a broad set of knowledge and experience beyond traditional finance.  Her scope of financial oversight spanned Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements.  She demonstrated an ability to drive improvements on the P&L and address cost containment while mitigating risk.  At Alcatel-Lucent, Elizabeth was recognized with the Chairman Award, a CEO based program to build and maintain an environment that fosters teamwork, creativity, and professional growth.     

Elizabeth is a trustee for Raymond James Charitable.  During her 27-year career, she has chaired charitable projects, including Juvenile Diabetes Foundation and United Way; notably significantly improving employee participation and contributions.  Over the past 14 years, Elizabeth has continued to volunteer her time and resources at Calvary Church and Pinellas County Schools, specifically Pack-A-Sack, Pinellas Hope, and Feeding Children Everywhere.

Elizabeth is a native of New Jersey and received her MBA from Fairleigh Dickenson University and Bachelor of Science from the School of Business at Rutgers University – State University of New Jersey.  She resides in Palm Harbor, FL with her husband Scott and two sons, Carson, and Chase.
