Michelle Lynch Vice President, Eastern Division Sales Manager

As vice president, division sales manager, Michelle is responsible for supporting the revenue and asset growth of the RJA Eastern Division. She works with the division’s regional directors and branch managers on recruiting experienced advisors to join the firm as well as attracting new advisors to the financial advisory profession. In addition, she delivers high impact coaching to existing advisors across key practice management and client engagement strategies to help drive net new asset growth.

Prior to this role, Michelle served as the vice president of the Network for Women Advisors, where she was responsible for retaining existing Raymond James women advisors through education, practice management and coaching initiatives as well as attracting new and experienced women advisors to the firm. 

Michelle has also served as a marketing director, overseeing all marketing initiatives for the firm’s Private Client Group (PCG) as well as a variety of business areas including asset management, wealth/retirement solutions, practice management and succession planning. She joined the Raymond James marketing department in 2004 and then went on to be director of marketing & communications for Eagle Asset Management in 2006. At Eagle, she was responsible for overseeing all functions of marketing, public relations and internal communications and was also involved in business and new product development strategies.

Prior to joining Raymond James, Michelle worked at AAA Auto Club South developing marketing strategies for their retail, insurance and financial services business units. She’s also held marketing and public relations roles at Busch Gardens Entertainment and United Landmark advertising agency.

Michelle is a cum laude graduate of the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in mass communications and a master of business administration (MBA) degree, with honors, from Emory University, Goizueta Business School. She sits on the Raymond James Charitable Endowment Fund board, the Raymond James Diversity Council, the University of South Florida’s (USF) Personal Financial Planning Advisory Council and was a member of the Financial Services Institute’s (FSI) Marketing, Growth and Development Council. She is also a graduate of the Wharton Executive Education Securities Industry Institute program and holds her Series 7 and 9/10 licenses. 

A Tampa native, Michelle currently resides in Tampa with her two sons, Connor and Ryan.
